Job summary

Slalom Build is pursuing a senior Solution/Product Owner to guide enterprise transformations from discovery to delivery. You will own the vision, align stakeholders, and drive future-state design across business and technology teams, delivering measurable outcomes.

We expect 10+ years in related roles, strong facilitation, and a track record of leading large programs. This is a remote US opportunity with a 1-month discovery phase and potential extension through mid-2027.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution or product ownership, business transformation, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business and technology stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and decision-making skills.
• Ability translate strategy into actionable requirements and priorities.
• Experience with enterprise-scale transformation programs.
• Background working with Agile delivery teams and digital change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the overall solution vision, roadmap, and strategic direction.
• Define, prioritize, and manage business requirements based on goals and outcomes.
• Align stakeholders across business and technology teams for shared understanding.
• Drive future-state process design and long-term objective support.
• Serve as primary decision-maker for scope, priorities, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with delivery teams, architects, and SMEs to meet business needs.
• Evaluate performance and ensure measurable outcomes and value realization.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities impacting success.
• Support organizational readiness and change management activities.
