You’ll partner with a Slalom Program Lead and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and value realization. The position emphasizes stakeholder management, agile delivery, and enterprise-scale change initiatives, with compensation aligned to market

Qualifications

• 10+ years in solution ownership, product ownership, or related roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with business and tech stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and decision-making ability.
• Able to translate strategic objectives into actionable requirements and priorities.
• Experience driving process improvement and future-state operating models.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and communicate the overall solution vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Define, prioritize, and manage business requirements aligned to goals.
• Align stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Drive future-state process design to support long-term objectives.
• Serve as primary decision-maker for scope, priorities, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with delivery teams, architects, and SMEs to meet needs.
• Evaluate performance and ensure measurable business outcomes.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities affecting success.
• Support organizational readiness and change management activities.
