Job summary

Slalom seeks an experienced Senior Principal/Director‑level leader to guide multi-discipline software engineering initiatives in a hybrid environment. You will mentor teams, shape architectural strategy, and partner with clients to deliver scalable cloud and data solutions.

You will drive capabilities across AI, machine learning, DevOps, and product engineering while collaborating with AWS, Microsoft, Google, and other partners. Strong leadership and market-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading product engineering organizations with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AI/GenAI tooling and modern software delivery practices.
• Ability to lead multi-discipline teams across product engineering, QA, DevOps, ML, and UX.
