Job summary

Slalom is seeking an Integrated Solutioning Lead (Director or Sr. Director) in the United States. You will guide cross-functional teams to translate complex client problems into cohesive, outcome-driven solutions across strategy, technology, data, AI, and delivery.

You will own multi-capability pursuits, align solutions with client outcomes, and mobilize experts to drive delivery excellence and growth while building trusted client relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, solution leadership, or delivery across multiple domains.
• Ability to translate client problems into cohesive, measurable outcomes.
• Executive presence and facilitation with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated solutioning for complex client opportunities spanning strategy, technology, operations, data, AI, and delivery.
• Own solution development for multi-capability pursuits ensuring client outcomes alignment.
• Build trusted relationships and mobilize teams to resolve ambiguity and align priorities.
• Support delivery excellence and contribute to account planning and growth.
