Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Strategy and Analytics Senior Lead to partner with post-sales leadership and shape high-priority initiatives using data-driven insights. You will drive performance improvements across the go-to-market engine and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders.

Remote role (US-based candidates), with a compensation range of $143,400 to $216,900 annually, and access to AI tools to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or Strategy & Ops technology.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through change management.
• Ability to present and debate recommendations at the executive level.
• Familiarity with enterprise software or SaaS GTM strategy.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience with SQL and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with post-sales leadership to execute high-priority strategic projects.
• Leverage data for in-depth analyses to identify key value drivers and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Success Leadership team for post-sales strategy.
• Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
• Drive large-scale impact and transformation across the go-to-market engine.
