Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Supplier Manager - Security II to lead strategic supplier relationships and drive growth. You will manage executive engagement, business planning, and quarterly reviews while identifying growth opportunities and aligning Arrow teams to accelerate revenue.

You will design supplier-funded programs, run demand generation, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and IT to overcome barriers and optimize outcomes. Strong cybersecurity awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management and strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to build executive-level relationships.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with data-to-strategy translation.
• Experience with security vendors and cybersecurity market knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations, business planning, initiatives, and alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, QBRs, and executive engagements.
• Identify market opportunities, segments, and partner growth areas.
• Partner with sales to support opportunities, positioning, and pipeline.
• Design, manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand gen.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs to generate pipeline and revenue.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Champion initiatives that improve customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve complex issues and drive efficiencies.
