Qualifications

• Experience building and maintaining executive-level relationships.
• Ability to manage revenue, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and field-level relationships with key supplier stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary contact for supplier escalations, planning, and operational alignment.
• Lead annual business planning, quarterly business reviews, and executive engagement activities.
• Identify market opportunities and growth areas to expand supplier adoption.
• Partner with sales teams to support opportunities, competitive positioning, and pipeline development.
• Support initiatives to increase partner participation, certifications, pipeline generation, and customer acquisition.
• Align supplier resources and Arrow teams to accelerate growth opportunities.
• Design and manage supplier-funded programs, incentives, rebates, and demand generation initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales programs that generate pipeline and revenue growth.
• Track program effectiveness and optimize performance.
• Champion initiatives that improve customer, partner, and supplier experience.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and IT to resolve complex business issues and remove growth barriers.
