Ultimate Staffing Services, a Roth Staffing Companies’ brand, seeks a Strategic Solutions Account Executive in the Phoenix area. You will recruit and grow our client base, pursue new business opportunities, and lead enterprise deals with potential to exceed $500k in annual revenue.

You’ll be responsible for prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships with decision-makers across industries, leveraging MS Office and Salesforce to track activity and results.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience in the professional staffing arena.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Professional and articulate with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client base and new business opportunities.
• Lead generation through prospecting, cold calling, networking and relationship building.
• Generate enterprise and large-volume sales opportunities with $500k+ annual revenue targets.
