Ideal candidates have 2 years in professional staffing sales, a 4-year degree preferred, and strong prospecting, presentation, and Salesforce experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience in professional staffing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close enterprise and large-volume sales opportunities.
• Research prospects, cold call, network and build relationships with decision-makers.
• Document sales activity and growth in Salesforce; expand accounts and drive revenue across Roth business lines.
