Ultimate Staffing Services, a Roth Staffing Companies brand, seeks a Strategic Solutions Account Executive to drive enterprise sales and grow our client base in the Orlando area. This is a 100% remote role with a focus on new business development and large-volume opportunities.

You will generate leads, research prospects, cold call, and build trusted relationships with decision-makers, while logging activity daily in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience in the professional staffing arena.
• 4 year college degree preferred.
• Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with prospect and client decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads for enterprise and large-volume opportunities.
• Research prospects and conduct cold calls and networking.
• Develop and grow client base in Orlando market.
