Ultimate Staffing Services, a Roth Staffing Companies division, is seeking a Strategic Solutions Account Executive to grow our Raleigh, NC client base and new business opportunities. This remote role emphasizes enterprise and large-volume sales with a target of $500k+ in revenue per year.

As a member of our sales team, you will generate leads, build relationships with decision-makers, and close deals while leveraging MS Office and Salesforce to track activity and performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience in professional staffing.
• Professional and articulate with strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated success in achieving activity and outcomes in a competitive sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client base and new business opportunities.
• Lead generation, prospect research, cold calling and networking.
• Build loyal relationships with decision-makers and expand revenue with Roth business lines.
