Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Strategic Solutions Account Executive to recruit and expand our client base in the Phoenix area. This fully remote role focuses on enterprise and large-volume sales opportunities, generating $500k+ in annual revenue.

You will autonomously generate leads, research prospects, cold call, network, and build loyal relationships with decision-makers across prospects and clients. A 4-year degree is preferred and Salesforce activity is tracked daily.

Qualifications

• 2 years sales experience in the professional staffing arena.
• 4 year college degree preferred; professional and articulate.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close enterprise sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience documenting activity in Salesforce daily

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the client base in the Phoenix area.
