Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale client pursuits and negotiating complex service agreements.
• Experience within the assigned business unit industry required.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes national sales strategies to grow the Real Estate Unit.
• Turns objectives into market growth plans, sales initiatives, and client development.
• Builds and maintains relationships with national accounts and key stakeholders.
• Expands executive relationships to grow opportunities and retention.
• Identifies, qualifies, and pursues strategic growth in target segments.
• Leads client presentations, proposals, contracts, and competitive pursuits.
