Qualifications

• Ten (10) years of sales, business development, or related experience with strategic growth initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale client pursuits and complex service agreements.
• Experience in the public-sector market and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Develops national sales strategies to support growth for the Real Estate Business Unit.
• Translates objectives into market growth plans, sales initiatives, and client development strategies.
• Builds relationships with national accounts, industry influencers, and key stakeholders.
• Expands executive-level relationships to identify opportunities and increase market share.
• Identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities within target client segments.
• Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract discussions for strategic opportunities.
