1Kosmos is seeking a Senior sales leader to drive strategic growth in the Western United States. This remote role supports travel within the USA, reporting to the Senior Vice President of Sales, with compensation comprising base, commission, and equity.

As a Strategic Sales Director - West, you will manage complex, six- to seven-figure enterprise cycles, engaging CISO, CIO, and procurement stakeholders across industries with identity risk.

Responsibilities

• Own a multi-vertical territory and the Western US region.
• Build and execute a territory plan prioritizing target accounts, whitespace, and partner coverage.
• Generate pipeline via direct outreach, partner co-sell motions, events, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline to support quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Identify whitespace opportunities across identity verification and passwordless authentication use cases.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery through contract on net-new and expansion opportunities.
