Job summary

1Kosmos is seeking a Strategic Sales Director – West to lead and accelerate enterprise growth across target verticals and the Western United States. Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience selling to CISO/CIO and procurement stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise buying cycles (security, legal, procurement).
• Based in or willing to travel regularly across the Western United States.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution for net-new and expansion opportunities.
• Lead executive-level engagement with CISO, CIO, VP of Identity, Security, and Procurement.
• Articulate differentiated value across identity verification and passwordless authentication to address industry risks.
• Navigate complex deal cycles with security reviews, legal, procurement, and compliance.
