1Kosmos is hiring a Senior Strategic Sales Director for the Western U.S. in a fully remote role.

You will own complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals and drive revenue from first conversation to signed contract with CISO, CIO, and procurement stakeholders. You will leverage a differentiated Identity Verification and Passwordless platform, partner with channels, and navigate six- to seven-figure cycles in a fast-growing Series B environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience closing six- and seven-figure SaaS or software deals.
• Ability to engage with CISO, CIO, and procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution.
• Lead executive-level engagement with security and IT leaders.
• Articulate differentiated value of identity verification and passwordless authentication.
