Job summary

Netwrix seeks a Senior Director, Sales (Enterprise West) to lead a high-potential western region team. You will own enterprise strategy, drive new logos and expansion revenue, and partner with channel, marketing, and product to shape the go-to-market.

In this player-coach role, recruit and develop top talent, forecast with MEDDPICC, and maintain executive relationships with CISOs and CIOs. Travel up to 50%; a track record of multi-million quotas and security domain knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise sales teams.
• Experience using MEDDPICC and/or Force Management to forecast.
• Record of exceeding multi-million-dollar quotas.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. enterprise security buyers and compliance.
• Experience selling via hybrid direct and channel models.
• Outstanding communication and executive-presence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Enterprise West sales team; recruit, coach, and develop executives.
• Own the number with strategy aligned to revenue goals and forecast discipline.
• Win enterprise business across large accounts in the western U.S.
• Scale via partners; grow resellers and integrators with channel programs.
• Represent Netwrix at customer meetings and industry events.
• Shape product roadmap with market feedback from customers.
