Job summary

Leoforce in the United States is seeking a highly autonomous Regional Sales Manager to be the primary sales and technical resource for a key Walmart account. You will combine refrigeration maintenance expertise with a consultative, relationship-focused sales approach.

In this remote role, you will partner with facility maintenance teams, advise on parts and system solutions, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue while maintaining strong customer relationships across national accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in refrigeration systems or related industries.
• Proven experience supporting large retail or facilities management accounts.
• Strong understanding of refrigeration components, maintenance, and service requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to build long-term customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Walmart U.S. maintenance/ facilities relationships.
• Advise on refrigeration maintenance, parts, and equipment solutions.
• Provide technical consultation for commercial refrigeration systems.
• Build relationships with Walmart maintenance leaders and decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to expand product penetration and revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer outcomes.
• Monitor customer needs, market trends, and competition.
• Present product proposals and value-driven pricing to customers.
• Support training and knowledge sharing across sales teams.
• Maintain forecasting, account plans, and activity reporting.
• Travel extensively to customer sites and industry events.
