Job summary

Dover Corp, a regional sales leader, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across food retailers, c-stores, drug and dollar stores with refrigeration tech expertise. Remote West office (preferably CA); heavy travel to engage customers and partners.

You’ll craft strategic plans, manage reps, close sales, and forecast revenue while building strong relationships across organizations. The role demands 5+ years in technical refrigeration sales, strong leadership, and proficient use of MS

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of refrigeration and construction requirements for intended applications.
• Willing to travel regularly to attend required meetings and customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Build a strategic sales plan account by account.
• Manage and provide factory support to contracted rep groups, dealers & Independents.
• Conduct sales calls with dealers and prospective customers to explain products and services.
• Qualify account needs and identify key decision makers.
• Create and close sales.
• Forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Serve as the single point of contact with customers in region; handle price objections and bids.
• Foster collaboration with customers to solve complex problems.
• Record and analyze account information to shape sales strategies.
• Gather market trends and share insights with product management.
