Job summary

IDEX is seeking a highly capable Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the PMO. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, define milestones, and drive disciplined execution across business functions.

You will partner with senior leaders, site teams, and initiative owners to ensure governance, cadence, and measurable outcomes while operating in a remote US-based context with periodic travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; field-wide relevance.
• Proven ability to build project plans, manage timelines, and drive accountability.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed environments.
• Strong communication and executive-facing update skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting methods.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into integrated project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workback schedules, risk logs, issue trackers, decision logs, stakeholder maps, and status reporting tools.
• Ensure each project has a clearly defined scope, business case, expected outcomes, resource requirements, and governance model.
• Drive execution discipline by aligning priorities, timing, decision rights, and accountabilities.
• Proactively identify barriers to progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain momentum across multiple workstreams and ensure focus on high-value activities.
