Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple high impact, cross-functional projects translating strategic priorities into actionable execution plans. You will partner with site teams, initiative owners, and senior leaders to ensure priorities are prioritized, resourced, and governed with discipline, cadence, and accountability.

The role requires 7+ years of project management experience, strong communication, and the ability to operate in ambiguity while maintaining execution discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, HR, Organizational Effectiveness, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project management tools, Microsoft Office applications, and project reporting methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution with clear charters, milestones, owners, deliverables, risks, and success metrics.
• Establish governance cadences, escalation paths, and accountability.
• Influence across diverse stakeholder groups and drive results without direct authority.
• Translate strategic initiatives into integrated project plans with timelines and dependencies.
• Contribute to development and continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and standards.
