Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into integrated project plans with clear deliverables and milestones.
• Develop and maintain project plans, risk logs, and status reports.
• Ensure defined scope, governance, and measurable outcomes for projects.
• Drive execution discipline and prioritize work across multiple streams.
• Establish governance cadences and escalation processes.
• Partner with leaders to align project work with business priorities.
• Communicate updates clearly to executives and stakeholders.
• Build repeatable PMO tools and practices.
