Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Senior Director of the Enterprise PMO to lead the PMO and drive disciplined execution across strategic initiatives. You will oversee portfolio governance, standardize methodologies, and build a high-performing PMO team reporting to the executive leadership.

The role requires exceptional leadership, financial acumen, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while aligning projects with business strategy across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years leading large-scale projects or PMOs.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong financial, operational, and business acumen.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise PMO function and develop vision, strategy, and operating model.
• Establish enterprise-wide project management standards, governance, and execution practices.
• Create scalable processes to improve consistency and execution speed.
• Ensure projects align with priorities and strategic objectives.
• Coach and develop PMO staff and foster accountability across teams.
• Provide executive governance and reporting to enable timely decisions.
