IDEX is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. Reporting to the Sr. Director, PMO, you will drive disciplined execution across the organization with clear scope, milestones, owners, risks, and success metrics.

The role requires partnering with site teams and leaders to prioritize work, manage governance routines, and ensure delivery against critical priorities while operating in ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic initiatives into integrated project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, milestones, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, workback schedules, risk logs, issue trackers, decision logs, stakeholder maps, and status reporting tools.
• Ensure each project has defined scope, business case, expected outcomes, resources, and governance.
• Drive execution discipline by ensuring priorities, timing, and accountability are understood.
• Proactively identify barriers to progress and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain momentum across multiple work streams while focusing on high-value activities.
• Create and manage governance routines, including meetings, steering updates, and escalation processes.
• Prepare executive-ready updates and dashboards; communicate risks, decisions, and next steps.
• Help balance scope, timing, budget, resources, and value across projects.
