Job summary

IDEX is seeking a Senior Director, PMO to lead the Enterprise PMO and drive disciplined project execution across strategic initiatives. You will establish standards, governance, and reporting to ensure programs deliver expected outcomes and value realization.

You will partner with executives to prioritize work, manage resources, and scale PMO capabilities, fostering accountability, transparency, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-based role across US time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; PMP or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years leading large-scale projects, programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives.
• Experience building or leading a PMO and influencing senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Enterprise PMO function and set vision, strategy, and operating model.
• Oversee project portfolio governance, prioritization, and resource allocation.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure PMO health and business impact.
• Build and mentor a high-performing PMO team of project managers.
