- PM certifications (PMP, Prosci Change Management, Scrum) preferred but not required.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives and program governance with cross-functional teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and dependencies.
- Provide executive-ready status reports and risk summaries.
- Drive adoption planning and change readiness across the firm.
- Coach teams on project discipline and governance.
- Ensure delivery on time and within scope.
