Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent professional or educational experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or transformational initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple stakeholders and executive reporting.
• PM certification (PMP, Prosci Change Management, Scrum) preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of organizational change management methodologies and adoption planning.
• Experience aligning executive sponsors and cross-functional teams around priorities.
• Experience identifying and managing system-level risks and dependencies.
• Strong planning, governance, and execution capabilities across complex initiatives.
• Change leadership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Executive presence with clear, concise communication for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives and establish project governance across functional teams.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and interdependencies.
• Coordinate decisions and remove barriers to maintain momentum on multiple initiatives.
• Provide executive-ready reporting including status, risks, and milestones.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Guide change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption planning for new processes.
