Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex cross-functional initiatives aligned with firm objectives. You will drive governance, planning, and stakeholder alignment across internal and client-facing implementations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in managing enterprise initiatives, strong change management experience, and ability to report to executives. This full-time role may be remote or located at any firm office.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
5+ years of leading complex cross-functional projects.
PM certifications (PMP, Prosci Change Management, Scrum) preferred but not required.
Experience with executive-level reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Experience guiding organizational change and adoption of new processes.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives and establish project governance.
Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and interdependencies.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to align scope and priorities.
Deliver executive-ready reporting, risk summaries, and milestone reviews.
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate with mitigation plans.
Coach teams on governance, accountability, and project discipline.
