Job summary

Husch Blackwell LLP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support the firm's strategic objectives. You will drive governance, planning, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure on-time delivery across internal and client-facing implementations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience managing complex programs, with PMP/Scrum or similar certifications preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent professional or educational experience.
5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional projects or transformational initiatives.
Experience leading enterprise-wide or cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and executive reporting.
PMP, Prosci Change Management, Scrum, or related project management certification preferred but not required.
Experience facilitating alignment among executive sponsors, senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic initiatives and establish project governance.
Develop detailed project plans, milestones, critical paths, and interdependencies.
Coordinate with executives and stakeholders; drive risk summaries and actions.
Champion change readiness, adoption planning, and stakeholder engagement for new processes.
Coach project teams on governance, accountability, and delivery excellence.
