Job summary

Clinisys is seeking an experienced Programme Manager to oversee complex, multi-site software deployments for our largest strategic customers. The role emphasis is governance, risk management, and executive engagement across global delivery teams.

You will lead large-scale programmes, coordinate with product and delivery teams, and report on portfolio health and milestones. A PMP certification and extensive enterprise software delivery experience are required.

Qualifications

PMP certification is required.
10+ years of programme/ project management in enterprise software delivery.
Experience with multi-site/global technology deployments and executive stakeholder engagement.
Strong governance, risk management, and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own governance and oversight for large-scale customer programmes and strategic accounts.
Act as the primary customer-facing programme lead and escalation point.
Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across customer organisations.
Provide programme-level reporting, risk management, and portfolio health reviews.
Align delivery teams, project managers, product teams, and customer stakeholders around programme objectives.
Lead executive steering committees, governance boards, and milestone reviews.
Identify programme risks, dependencies, and scope changes, ensuring issues are proactively managed.
Monitor programme performance against contractual commitments, budgets, timelines, and success criteria.
Support successful transition of completed projects into Customer Success and operational teams.
Drive continuous improvement in programme governance, reporting, and delivery practices.
