Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise PMO, to lead top-priority cross-department initiatives. You'll partner with executives, manage complex programs, and ensure delivery on time and within scope. This remote role reports to the Director, PMO.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, strong stakeholder skills, and experience with PMO processes; healthcare/pharmacy experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs across departments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Healthcare/pharmacy industry experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority cross-department programs.
• Coordinate across diverse teams to align with strategic objectives.
• Define scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables with sponsors.
• Maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk logs.
• Deliver executive-level reporting on status, budget, risks, and outcomes.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide overflow PMO support during peak periods.
