Strive Pharmacy is seeking a Program Manager, Enterprise PMO to lead high-priority cross-department initiatives. Reporting to the Director, PMO, you will own end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating with Business Operations, Change Management, Internal Communications, and Digital Asset Management.

The role requires 8+ years in program management, executive-level reporting, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project and program management across cross-functional programs.
• Experience delivering executive-level reporting to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in different departments.
• Strong track record delivering programs on time, on budget, and to scope.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing without direct authority.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with sound judgment.
• Collaborative and flexible, willing to take overflow PMO work.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority cross-department programs.
• Coordinate across diverse teams, priorities, and working styles.
• Define program scope, goals, success criteria, and deliverables.
• Develop integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, risk logs.
• Provide executive reporting on status, timeline, budget, risks.
• Ensure programs are on time, on budget, and within scope/quality.
• Provide overflow PMO support during peak demand.
• Maintain consistent methodology and reporting standards.
• Facilitate governance activities with executive audiences.
• Drive accountability for roles and deliverables across teams.
• Identify process improvements for the Enterprise PMO.
