Job summary

Data Society Group is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a complex, multi-workstream enterprise software delivery for a fast-paced client. You will manage the full delivery team (onshore/offshore), ensure sprint cadence, risk governance, and clear stakeholder communications, reporting up to the Program Manager.

The role operates as the operational hub under the Program Manager, owning the program plan, tracking issues, and coordinating dependencies with the technology team.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience, including enterprise software delivery.
• Experience leading hybrid onshore/offshore delivery teams across time zones.
• Strong Jira proficiency, sprint management, backlog grooming, reporting, and dashboard configuration.
• Experience managing risk and issues, program plans, and governance on multi-workstream programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery across multiple workstreams and teams.
• Maintain program plan, milestones, and risk/issue tracking.
• Coordinate with offshore team leads on capacity and blockers.
• Draft client-facing status reports and maintain project artifacts.
• Support onboarding, scope readiness, and go/no-go readiness.
