Job summary

Healthbay Company is seeking a strategic Process Consultant in the United States on a full-time contract basis to analyze operations, map workflows, and propose practical improvements that boost efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.

The role partners with business leaders, IT, and operations to translate requirements into actionable specifications, lead workshops, and guide teams through process transformation while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business/ops/engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of process consulting/analysis experience.
• Proven ability to map complex workflows and recommend improvements.
• Experience documenting processes, procedures, workflows, and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to determine process effectiveness, productivity, quality, and resource use.
• Review workflows to remove unnecessary steps and improve service delivery.
• Conduct discovery sessions and capture detailed business requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear functional specs for tech teams.
• Facilitate process-design workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Develop process documents, SOPs, and workflow diagrams.
• Recommend changes based on data, stakeholder input, and best practices.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, and actions; ensure alignment with goals.
• Support change management and communication around new procedures.
