Job summary

Healthbay Company is seeking a strategic and analytical Process Consultant to join on a full-time contract. The role will partner with business leaders, operations, and technology stakeholders to assess operations, map workflows, and design improved processes that boost efficiency and service quality.

You will facilitate workshops, document requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of process consulting or related experience.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and develop practical recommendations.
• Experience documenting processes, procedures, workflows, and requirements.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct interviews, facilitate workshops, and gather information.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Agile, Kaizen.
• Professional certification in process improvement or related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to determine process effectiveness and resource use.
• Review workflows to eliminate unnecessary steps and improve service delivery.
• Partner with leaders to understand operational challenges and outcomes.
• Conduct discovery sessions and capture detailed requirements.
• Document existing processes and dependencies clearly.
• Design improved workflows and operating procedures.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for tech teams.
• Facilitate process-design workshops and stakeholder reviews.
• Track initiatives, milestones, risks, and actions.
• Promote continuous improvement across assigned areas.
