Healthbay Company seeks a strategic Process Consultant on a full-time contract to improve how work is performed by examining operations, evaluating procedures, and delivering practical process solutions that boost efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes. The role partners with leaders across business, operations, and technology to translate needs into actionable process changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in process consulting, business analysis, operations, or transformation.
• Ability to analyze complex workflows and propose practical improvements.
• Experience documenting processes, procedures, workflows, and requirements.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, Agile, Kaizen; relevant certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to measure process effectiveness, productivity, quality, and resource use.
• Review workflows to remove steps, reduce delays, and improve service delivery.
• Capture requirements through discovery sessions and process walkthroughs.
• Design improved workflows and procedures aligned with business objectives.
• Document processes, roles, inputs/outputs, and dependencies clearly.
• Coordinate with technology teams on automation and system enhancements.
• Translate requirements into functional specs for IT and project teams.
• Track milestones, risks, and stakeholder actions for initiatives.
• Support change management with clear communications and training.
