Job summary

Healthbay Company is seeking a strategic and analytical Process Consultant on a full-time contract to drive process improvements across the organization. The role partners with business leaders, operations, and technology to analyze workflows, design better procedures, document requirements, and lead workshops that deliver measurable gains in quality, speed, and customer outcomes.

Remote or hybrid arrangements and about 40 hours per week are expected; candidates should have a Bachelor's degree

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of process consulting or business analysis experience.
• Experience documenting processes and requirements.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess operations to determine process effectiveness and resource use.
• Review workflows to remove unnecessary steps and delays.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and capture requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for tech teams.
• Develop process documentation and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and system enhancements.
• Establish measures to evaluate process efficiency and quality.
• Support change initiatives and stakeholder communications.
