Job summary

Priority Technology Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager to drive high-value commercial opportunities from sponsorship through contract execution and onboarding.

This remote US role reports to the VP, Priority Commerce - Revenue Management, and operates within Central Services. Responsibilities include leading deal execution, coordinating term sheets, and aligning internal stakeholders across Legal, Risk & Compliance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in banking, treasury, payments, fintech, or related client-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to coordinate across Legal, Compliance, Operations, Product, Finance, and Sales.

Responsibilities

• Advance high-value commercial opportunities from sponsor to contract execution.
• Coordinate contract review with Legal, Sales, and Risk & Compliance.
• Lead cross-functional deal teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare onboarding readiness and client transition plans.
• Support executive leadership on strategic opportunities.
