GPS Education Partners, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business and strategic partnerships with employers, school districts, and community partners.

You will own the full lifecycle of partnership development from first conversation to signed agreement, with a focus on expanding work-based learning programs across the southeastern United States. This strategic, consultative role rewards relationship-building and long-term collaboration, not short-cycle sales.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally with exposure to industry.
• Track record of turning leads into signed partnerships.
• Ability to engage both business and education leaders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
• Belief in GPS Ed's mission and impact on students.

• Generate new business by identifying and pursuing employers and school districts.
• Build the pipeline from outreach to signed partnership agreements.
• Represent GPS Ed's offerings to diverse partners.
• Collaborate with program and operations teams to ensure delivery.
• Track pipeline activity, conversion, and revenue growth.
• Represent GPS Ed at industry events and partner meetings.
• Attend industry events to build ROI-focused connections.
