Job summary

ASU Prep Global is seeking a results-oriented Partnership Manager to lead post-sale professional learning for partner schools and districts. You will design, deliver, and evaluate PD programs across virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings, coordinating with a broad internal team.

The role requires 5+ years in K-12 education, expertise in adult learning, and 20–25% travel, with a preference for experience with diverse international partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in education or related field with 5+ years K-12 experience.
• 3+ years designing and delivering professional development for educators.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% domestically and internationally.
• Experience with international or culturally diverse partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary partnership manager for post-sale professional learning delivery and renewal.
• Lead discovery conversations with partner leaders to identify needs, goals, audiences, and success measures.
• Design customized PD solutions, proposals, agendas, and scopes of work with the Partnership team.
• Plan and coordinate PD implementation plans, including timelines and facilitator assignments.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain accurate partner records in Salesforce and report outcomes and satisfaction.
