Job summary

Empowered in Wichita, Kansas, is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead a high-performing Partnerships team, advance strategy, and build valuable relationships that support educators, partners, and the organization.

You will manage your own portfolio of partnerships, drive execution of the vision, and contribute to Education Operations by translating priorities into action and sharing external knowledge to shape strategy and opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years coaching and developing talent.
• 2+ years in partnerships, business development, external relations, or similar.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Experience in education or mission-driven work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Partnerships team, building capability and ownership.
• Drive execution of the Partnerships vision, strategy, and priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic partnerships with value-driven goals.
• Collaborate with Education Operations leadership to turn priorities into action.
