Job summary

ASU Prep Global Academy seeks a Partnership Manager of Professional Learning to lead the full lifecycle of professional development for school and district partners, leaders, and educators. This role drives discovery, design, delivery, evaluation, and renewal across Arizona, the United States, and internationally.

The role requires collaboration with multiple teams, content development, and travel up to 20–25% to support on-site and virtual sessions, with a focus on outcomes-based learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Learning Design, Educational Technology or related field.
• 2+ years in account management, partnership implementation, or education sales; experience with educators or school leaders preferred.
• Experience working with international or culturally diverse partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner professional learning from post-sale through delivery, evaluation and renewal.
• Lead discovery conversations to identify PD needs, goals, audiences, and success metrics.
• Scope customized PD solutions, prepare proposals and scopes of work with the Partnership team.
• Coordinate PD implementation plans including timelines, facilitator assignments and communication plans.
• Maintain partner PD records in Salesforce and report delivery, outcomes, and satisfaction.
