Kiva.org is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to grow philanthropic support by cultivating donors and working with teams across Marketing, Finance, and Programs. The role emphasizes strong writing, independent project management, and the ability to manage a portfolio of mid-level and major donors.

You will collaborate on donor journeys, events, and communications, helping to deepen engagement and drive reporting and proposals that showcase Kiva’s impact.

Competenze

• 5+ years in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience coordinating across departments and managing multiple priorities.

Mansioni

• Cultivate and steward relationships with mid-level and major donors within a portfolio.
• Plan and execute donor events (in-person and virtual) and engagement strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, and Programs to prepare proposals, reports, and donor communications.
