Lob is seeking a Business Operations Manager to own cross-functional programs spanning Finance, Product, Engineering, Legal, Print & Delivery, and Go-to-Market. You will drive end-to-end execution, deliver structured analyses, and present recommendations to leadership from a centralized program perspective.

The role requires 4–7+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, or business operations, a Bachelor's degree, and strong analytics, communication, and project-management skills.

Qualifikationen

• 4–7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience with cross-functional delivery and ownership of operationally complex domains
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics preferred

Aufgaben

• Own three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with defined end states
• Drive programs to completion across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, GTM
• Diagnose and redesign workflows; quantify current state costs and design consolidations
• Deliver analysis behind program decisions using data and AI tooling
• Document programs on completion and transition to permanent owners
• Prepare and deliver program reviews and leadership updates with recommendations
