Qualifikationen

• 4-7+ years post-undergrad in management consulting/corporate strategy or business operations.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Background in B2B SaaS, marketplace, logistics, or operationally intensive business preferred.
• Strong program management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent executive communication abilities.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute three to five concurrent cross-functional programs with end dates and owners.
• Drive outcomes across Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, Partner Ops, Solutions, and GTM.
• Diagnose workflows, quantify current state costs, and design automated improvements.
• Deliver analyses using Lob's data and reporting stack and available AI tooling.
• Document programs and hand off to permanent owners with measurable metrics.
• Prepare program reviews and leadership updates with clear recommendations.
• Cover gaps by supporting FP&A and company-wide cadences like QBRs.
