Danone North America Medical Nutrition is seeking a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales growth and build enterprise relationships with key accounts within hospitals, IDN networks, and homecare providers. You will develop account strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage initiatives that deliver value beyond price across multiple care settings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• Healthcare business and/or clinical experience background; RD/RN preferred.
• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in healthcare with account management.
• Experience working with healthcare executives and technical experts.
• Pricing, contract negotiation, and management experience.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Negotiation and analytic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships within hospital, IDN, homecare and post-acute accounts.
• Identify customer clinical and business needs and provide solutions through the contract lifecycle.
• Collaborate across departments to create value-focused programs and proposals.
• Support product line training, competitive advantage, and customer profiling.
• Monitor revenue, volume, and utilization metrics; report trends.
• Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders to identify expansion opportunities.
