Job summary

Danone North America Medical Nutrition is hiring a Strategic Account Executive for Ohio and Michigan. You will manage key accounts across hospital, IDN, homecare, and post-acute segments, shaping contract-based solutions and long-term value.

You will engage healthcare executives, lead negotiations, and collaborate across functions to accelerate revenue growth and portfolio expansion while navigating a hybrid work model with 50-75% travel in the assigned region.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in a healthcare environment with account management
• Experience working directly with healthcare executives, opinion leaders, and technical experts
• Pricing and contract negotiation and management experience

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships within hospital, IDN, homecare and post-acute accounts.
• Identify and understand customer clinical and business needs and provide creative solutions through the contract lifecycle.
• Cross department collaboration to formulate robust programs and business propositions focused on value beyond price.
• Support corporate sales training needs on the Kate Farms product line, competitive advantage, and customer profiles.
• Monitor and report key metrics for managing performance and measuring results such as revenue and volume trending.
• Conduct business reviews with key customer stakeholders and identify trends and opportunities to expand product portfolio.
