Danone North America Medical Nutrition seeks a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales growth and manage key enterprise accounts including hospitals, IDNs, and homecare providers. You will develop account strategies, navigate contracts, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver value beyond price.

The role requires 5–7 years in healthcare sales with strong relationship-building skills, capable of engaging executives and technical leaders, and adept negotiation and analytics.

Qualificações

• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in a healthcare environment with account management experience.
• Experience working with healthcare executives, opinion leaders, and technical experts.
• Pricing and contract negotiation experience.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Negotiation and analytic skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships within hospital, IDN, homecare and post-acute accounts.
• Identify and understand customer clinical and business needs and provide solutions through the contract lifecycle.
• Cross department collaboration to formulate robust programs focused on value beyond price.
• Support sales training needs on Kate Farms product line, competitive advantage, and customer profiles.
• Monitor and report key metrics for managing performance (revenue, volume, utilization).
• Conduct business reviews with key customer stakeholders and identify opportunities to expand product portfolio.
