Danone North America Medical Nutrition seeks a Strategic Account Executive to drive sales growth and manage enterprise-level relationships with key accounts including hospitals and IDNs. This role emphasizes contracts, clinical selling, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel 50-75% and a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in healthcare sales, strong negotiation skills, and a BS/BA in business or related field; RD/RN background is preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience in a healthcare environment.
• Healthcare executives, opinion leaders, and technical experts experience.
• Pricing and contract negotiation and management experience.
• Strategic thinking and problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Cultivate and develop long-term customer relationships within hospital, IDN, homecare and post-acute accounts.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions through contracts.
• Collaborate across departments to build value-based programs beyond price.
• Support product line training, competitive advantages, and customer profiling.
• Monitor metrics for revenue, volume and utilization trends.
• Conduct business reviews with key stakeholders and identify expansion opportunities.
